We can’t think of anything that could be more fun than bringing out trays of pretty Easter cocktails at a party. Since it’s usually not common to associate Easter with “cocktails”, we’re hoping to change your mind. And sure, the majority of Eastertime revolves around the children having fun (and the adults tidying up), but we believe grown ups deserve a little fun, too!
The following pretty Easter cocktails are certain to have you feeling the Easter spirit.
Boozy Brazilian Lemonade
Concocted by none other than Jamie Oliver, this pretty Easter cocktail recipe will have you and your friends dancing into the wee hours of the morning. Easter is all about celebrating, after all.
Prep Time: 15 Mins
Serves: 12
Ingredients
400ml can coconut milk
1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar
6 limes, plus finely grated zest of 1 lime
1L (4 cups) soda water
Juice of 5 lemons
1 cup (250ml) Cachaca or white rum
1 bunch mint, leaves picked
1 green jalapeno chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped
1/3 cup (75g) demerara sugar
Crushed ice, to serve
Method
Step 1
Whiz coconut milk and caster sugar in a food processor until sugar dissolves. Transfer to a jug and set aside.
Step 2
Roughly chop 5 limes, then add to food processor and whiz until broken down.
Step 3
Stir the lime puree into the coconut mixture. Strain through a sieve into a serving jug.
Step 4
Add the soda water, lemon juice and rum, and stir to combine.
Step 5
Chop three-quarters of the mint leaves. Place in a mortar with the chilli and lime zest, and pound until well combined. Stir through the demerara sugar and place on a plate.
Step 6
Slice remaining 1 lime in half. Using 1 lime half, rub the rims of serving glasses, then dip rims in sugar mixture.
Step 7
Slice the remaining lime half. Fill glasses with ice and pour over cocktail. Garnish drinks with lime slices and remaining mint.

Blueberry Lemonade Margaritas
It’s the perfect time to stock up on berries, and these pretty Easter cocktails are a creative way to use them up in time. These delicious Blueberry Lemonade Margaritas not only look pretty, but also taste incredible too.
Prep Time: 10 Mins
Total Time: 25: Mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients
For the syrup-
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup blueberries
Zest of 1/2 lime
For the margarita-
2 tbsp. granulated sugar.
2 tbsp. kosher salt
1 lemon, cut into wedges.
8 oz. tequila
4 oz. triple sec
1 cup lemonade
Ice
Method
Step 1
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water and stir until sugar has dissolved. Add blueberries and lime zest and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer mixture until blueberries have burst, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes, then strain mixture into a clean jar. Let cool completely.
Step 3
On a small plate, stir together sugar and salt. Rim each glass with a lemon wedge, then dip in sugar salt mixture.
Step 4
Divide tequila, triple sec and lemonade between 4 glasses. Fill each glass with ice, then top with blueberry syrup.
Step 5
Garnish with a lemon wedge to serve.

Pink Grapefruit Margaritas
Not as sweet as other margaritas, these pretty Easter cocktails will be a hit with those partygoers who aren’t usually cocktail drinkers and don’t have as much of a sweet tooth as others.
Prep Time: 10 Mins
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
4 c. fresh red grapefruit juice
1 c. tequila blanco
1/2 c. orange liqueur (such as triple sec)
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin)
1 tsp. kosher salt
lime wedges and grapefruit slices, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Combine grapefruit juice, tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice in a pitcher.
Step 2
Combine sugar, chili-lime seasoning, and salt on a shallow plate. Rub edges of a glass with a lime wedge, then dip rim in chile-salt mixture. Add ice to glass and top with margarita. Garnish with lime and grapefruit wedges. Repeat as desired.

Strawberry Shortcake Mimosas
By just hearing the word “mimosa”, you already know you’re going to be in for a good time! These pretty Easter cocktails are part dessert, part cocktail. And we highly recommend adding a drizzle of melted chocolate to the inner rim of the glass to fit in with your Easter-themed celebration. Strawberries and chocolate? Yes please!

Ingredients
10 strawberries
1/2 cup finely crushed wafers
2/3 cup strawberry ice cream
10 oz. vanilla vodka
1 bottle Champagne or Prosecco
Whipped cream
Method
Step 1
Run a sliced strawberry around the rim of Champagne flutes. Dip each rim in wafer crumbs.
Step 2
Into each flute, drop 1 tablespoon strawberry ice cream, then add 1 ounce vodka and top with Prosecco.
Step 3
Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of wafer crumbs, and a strawberry for garnish. Serve.
