Easter Bark
Pretty is not normally a word we’d use to describe chocolate, but there really is no other word for this gorgeous no-bake Easter Bark. It almost looks too beautiful to eat…almost.

INGREDIENTS
- 300g white choc melts, melted
- Red food colouring
- Blue food colouring
- 300g milk choc melts, melted
- 300g white choc melts, melted
- Cadbury Mini Eggs, to decorate
- Cachous, to decorate
- Pearls, to decorate
- Purple and blue mini choc buttons, to decorate
METHOD
Step 1
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place melted white choc melts in a bowl. Tint choc melts purple with red and blue food colouring.
Step 2
Place melted milk choc melts and additional 300g melted white choc melts in separate bowls.
Step 3
Place alternating spoonfuls on prepared tray, allowing all three colours to touch. Working quickly, use a skewer to swirl. Sprinkle with Cadbury Mini Eggs, cachous, pearls and purple and blue mini choc buttons. Allow to set. Break into shards.

Easter Popcorn Rocky Road
Get ready for some serious love from the kids with these incredibly colourful treats! Packed with all their favorite goodies like popcorn, chocolate, eggs, marshmallows, and confetti, they’re sure to be a hit. In fact, the kids might love them so much that they’ll be eager to lend a hand in making them!

INGREDIENTS
- 250g dark chocolate
- 2 x 40g pkts Ready to Eat Popcorn
- 125g pkt Cadbury Mini Easter Eggs
- 1 cup Pink & White Mallows
- 12 Cadbury Mini Easter Eggs, extra
- Rainbow Confetti, to sprinkle
METHOD
Step 1
Line a 12-hole, 11/3-cup (80ml) capacity muffin pan with paper cases.
Step 2
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins or until chocolate melts and is smooth. Set aside for 5 mins to cool.
Step 3
Combine the popcorn, chocolate eggs and marshmallows in a bowl. Pour over the melted chocolate and stir to combine. Spoon popcorn mixture evenly among the paper cases. Top with extra chocolate eggs and sprinkle with rainbow confetti. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
